Appellate Practice

Our attorneys have successfully handled all aspects of complex appellate cases, from briefing to oral arguments, in the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal.  We are often hired to represent clients in appealing outcomes of legal cases where the clients were originally represented by other counsel, or we are often hired as co-counsel by other lawyers who are need of defending a successful verdict on appeal.  Regardless of the circumstances, Andersen Tate & Carr would welcome the opportunity to discuss any appellate needs with you.
