“When my family found itself in need of legal representation to handle an eminent domain case affecting long held family property, I engaged Mr. Tate to ensure the estate’s interests were protected. Mr. Tate immediately engaged, was thorough in his analysis, honest and informed legal guidance, and follow-through. At every step, Mr. Tate fought hard to defend my family’s interests and in the end, successfully negotiated the best possible outcome for our case saving us the headache, risk, and incremental expense we would have incurred taking the case to trial. As someone who has engaged ATC for all of my legal needs over the last few years, I can’t say enough good things about the firm, its partners and staff, and the superb legal representation you will receive when you engage Tom and his partners for legal representation.”

He has helped me successfully navigate through many difficult legal obstacles and challenges as i have grown my company into a leader in its industry. He has consistently provided me with sound, sage and unbiased advice while always being extremely reasonable with fees and filings. Most importantly, he is an honest, moral and compassionate adviser/counselor who is unwaveringly zealous in his defense of his client’s best interests.
