Hayley is an associate in ATC’s litigation group, primarily representing individuals and families who have suffered injuries or lost loved ones due to the negligence of others. Her practice encompasses a broad range of personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including medical malpractice, car and truck accidents, catastrophic injuries, and other cases involving serious injury or loss.
At the heart of Hayley's practice is a genuine passion for helping people. She recognizes that her clients often come to her during some of the most difficult and vulnerable moments of their lives, and she considers it a privilege to guide them through those challenges. Hayley takes the time to understand not only the circumstances of each case, but also the profound impact an injury or loss has had on her clients and their families. She believes that effective advocacy begins with empathy and that her clients deserve an attorney who is as personally invested in their well-being as she is in achieving a successful outcome. Whether navigating complex medical malpractice litigation or representing someone injured in a motor vehicle accident, Hayley combines compassionate, individualized attention with meticulous preparation and determined advocacy.
Alongside her colleagues, Hayley has contributed to cases resulting in more than $75 million in verdicts and settlements on behalf of injured clients and their families.
In recognition of her professional accomplishments, Hayley was selected to the Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in both 2026 and 2027, a distinction awarded annually to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in Georgia.
Hayley is actively involved in both the legal profession and her local community. She currently serves on the University of Georgia School of Law's Young Alumni/Alumnae Committee and on the Board of Directors of the Gwinnett County Public Library Foundation, where she supports the Foundation's mission of expanding access to educational resources and enriching the Gwinnett County community.
Hayley earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served as Russell Chair of the Moot Court Executive Board and was a member of the Editorial Board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. She also received the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers' Outstanding Law Student Award and earned several honors in national moot court competition.
Before attending law school, Hayley graduated magna cum laude from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and minors in Spanish and History.
Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Hayley remains an avid LSU fan. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, and two dachshunds, reading, playing tennis, and baking.
