

Evan Crowder is an Associate in the Commercial Real Estate & Banking Group of Andersen, Tate & Carr. His practice is focused on commercial real estate transactions, secured lending, and business law.
Prior to joining the firm, Evan earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, Evan served as a member of the Managing Board of the Georgia Journal of Intellectual Property Law where he authored the Note, “The ‘Wild West’ of State NIL Laws: Asking Congress to Bail Out the NCAA, 31 J. Intell. Prop. L. 54 (2024).” He was a member of the Wilbanks Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation Clinic (CEASE), representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Evan also spent a semester of law school as a corporate counsel extern at The Home Depot.
Originally from Forsyth County, Evan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in finance, minor in criminal justice studies, and certificate in legal studies from the Terry College of Business.
Evan currently lives in Atlanta. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and cheering on the Dawgs, Falcons, and Braves.
