Marian Adeimy is a senior zoning and litigation associate with Andersen, Tate & Carr.  Her practice focuses on zoning, permitting, land use and local government matters.  Marian has argued before the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.  She advises developers, local governments, individuals, property owners, small businesses, and banks regarding real estate and business disputes with consistent results.  She also assists clients in the areas of real estate litigation, contract disputes, eminent domain and condemnation matters, foreclosure litigation, collections and collection defense, landlord/tenant disputes, homeowners’ and condominium associations, and general liability.

As part of her commitment to quality development, Marian serves as a Board Member for the Council for Quality Growth, the Dunwoody Urban Redevelopment Authority, and the Metropolitan Water Basin Advisory Council.  Her previous experience includes legal internships with the Georgia State Senate - Regulatory Affairs Committee and GeorgiaLink, a top lobbying firm.  While in law school, Marian was an Urban Fellow in the Comparative Center for Metropolitan Growth. She earned a Certificate in International Commercial Arbitration through the Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria.  She gained additional experience as a Committee Aide for the State Senate Regulated Industries Committee and as a governmental affairs intern for GeorgiaLink Public Affairs Group.

Marian grew up in Gwinnett County and graduated from Norcross High School.  Marian and her husband now live in Dunwoody and are members of Buckhead Church.  She enjoys yoga, tennis and painting in her free time.
