“Kathleen does a terrific job for us and we are pleased to have her as an integral part of our legal team.

We are primarily a Software-as-a-Service company, but we also have significant Professional Services and Consulting businesses as well. The legal structures surrounding Software-as-a-Service offerings are still in flux, and, even though we are typically dealing with large Fortune 1000 companies, we find that our customers’ legal teams often struggle with Software-as-a-Service concepts, trying to fit them in a “packaged” software mold. We are continuously having to negotiate and resolve complex issues of liability, warranty, indemnification, and IP ownership. Kathleen brings extensive expertise on these topics and is a skilled front-line negotiator. We rely on her heavily in our biggest, most important deal negotiations.

Kathleen has also done a great job understanding our specific businesses and the nuances of our various positions. She is a trusted advisor on all of our general legal issues. And, she is extremely responsive. She will work with us in responding to tight negotiation deadlines and never lets us down.

We are very fortunate to have her as a member of our team. “
