Heidi G. Reese is an associate attorney in the Commercial Real Estate & Banking Group of Andersen, Tate & Carr. Heidi’s practice focuses on assisting banks, corporations, LLCs and other business entities with the purchase, sale and lending aspect of commercial real estate law.
Heidi grew up in Gwinnett County as a Grayson Ram, and moved to Athens in 2009 as a Georgia Bulldog. As an undergraduate at the University of Georgia, Heidi refined her strong research, writing and analytical skills as a reporter for the Red & Black and a member of the Mock Trial team. She brought those skills with her to law school, where she became a Notes Editor for the Georgia Journal of International & Comparative Law and a member of the Dean’s Ambassadors and the Student Bar Association. Heidi also served as the Executive Vice Chairwoman of the Moot Court Team. Heidi’s passion for speaking and advocacy earned her an early position on the Moot Court Team as a member of the Russell Eight. Heidi also held the honor of being a Semi-Finalist in the Talmadge Moot Court Competition. As President of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Heidi altered the organization scheme of the Fraternity so as to encourage a collaborative team environment through the creation of committees and well-defined goals.
In her free time, Heidi enjoys spending time with her Golden Retriever and her husband, Alex.
