"Eadaoin and ATC have become a very important part of our team as our legal needs broadened. Not only is she familiar with international law, she was our quarterback in routing us to the correct ATC specialist and solution."

Eadaoin Waller is part of the Corporate & Business Transactions and Employment Law groups at Andersen, Tate & Carr. Originally from Ireland, she did her undergraduate work at Queen’s University of Belfast. Shortly afterwards, she moved to Athens, Georgia where she graduated from the UGA Law in 2005.   While attending law school, Ms. Waller competed with the school’s Moot Court team and served on the Board of the Journal of Intellectual Property.

Her corporate practice involves acting as general counsel to a number of small businesses across the U.S. and beyond, from clients in the nonprofit, services and manufacturing sectors, and everything in between. She advises her corporate clients through every stage of their corporate lives – from incorporation, to partnership and operating agreements, to divestitures, mergers and acquisitions. She is an expert and regular speaker on employer-side employment issues, and has developed a significant expertise in non-profit matters.

Ms. Waller serves on the Board of Directors of the Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation and the Home of Hope at the Gwinnett Children’s Shelter. “Ms. Waller has represented Hi-Hope since 2008 on matters of employment practice and general corporate legal concerns. She has been an invaluable support in matters related to FLSA, FMLA, unemployment qualifications, hiring and firing practices, policy development and other general employment concerns. Further, she has provided business contract review often related to professional services provision by vendors external to Hi-Hope. She has proven herself more than competent in all of these areas.

Ms. Waller exhibits genuine concern about the mission of our organization and displays insight about the "people first" nature of our business. She is readily available when we contact her and on the rare occasion when she is away from the office, has always ensured that a colleague is prepared to support our needs. She consistently completes work within the deadlines to which we have agreed.

On a personal note, Ms. Waller engages people with warmth, kindness and humor and it is our privilege to work regularly with her.”

- Susan Boland Butts, Chief Executive Officer, Hi-Hope Service Center

“Outstanding. She’s truly one of a kind and we love her dearly!”

- Cindy Howell, President, ZeeZor

“As our business was expanding globally, we needed an attorney who was not only close to our offices and easily accessible but familiar with international law (specifically English law). We were already comfortable with ATC and it's broad-based practice group (as well as being just a few minutes away from our offices).

Eadaoin and ATC have become a very important part of our team as our legal needs broadened. Not only is she familiar with international law, she was our quarterback in routing us to the correct ATC specialist and solution.

Eadaoin is accessible - really at all hours - and remains pleasant and flexible to any of our dynamic situations. We receive first class attention as well as counsel from Eadaoin and ATC. She is an important part of our team and I couldn't be happier as we navigate through some difficult domestic and international situations. “
